Goose dinner
Every year from November 1 to December 23, the Berghofstüble traditionally prepares geese from its own goose farm.
The goose is traditionally prepared with red apple cabbage, marjoram apples as well as bread and potato dumplings. The menu also includes goose lard natural or with herbs and fried onions as well as fresh white bread. It is served with leaf salad with slices of stuffed goose neck and cranberry chutney.
A whole goose is prepared for 6 people, price on request.
